Project was for the replacement of shower controls and head. Steve was extremely professional and prompt in his attention to the service request and installation. The build quality of the delta replacement controls is less than desired - this was not his fault as the existing shower valve was delta. But the assembly of the controls is not perfect - not sure if it was forcing it on or just the way the product came. Works though. Wish there was a wider range of temperature control but Steve said that the newer fixtures have much tighter range limits for anti-scald purposes. Also, the new escutcheon was slightly smaller than the old one and there was a tiny gap between the edge of the plate and the tile that needed to be caulked. He did not have caulk with him but fortunately I had some. Overall, I am pleased with the promptness of the work and professional handling of things. Would use Steve again and recommend him if asked.
