Steve was extremely professional, courteous and efficient. He not only repaired the pipes under 2 sinks, but offered very sound solutions to other issues that I was having in my home (water softener trap, kitchen faucet drip). I will definitely use him again for any future plumbing work and highly recommend him to all.

He explained what needed to be done and gave us a fair estimate for the work. He completed the work competently and in a reasonable amount of time. I was searching for the installation of a hot water heater on New Year's Day and received a phone call from Steve that day. I made the appointment he arrived he checked it out what was needed and we discussed when he could do it and price and he arrived on Saturday, January 3, 2015 with new hot water heater. My original call was about replacing our gas boiler, but when Mr. Shagrin looked at our system, he quickly found that our real problem was not our boiler, but rather a clogged exhaust chimney. This was after a technician from another company had spent merely a few minutes looking at our boiler before deciding that it was beyond repair, and trying to sell us a brand new one. Mr. Shagrin was able to identify the real problem and contract to fix it quickly and affordably (without replacing our boiler), as well as identifying an issue with our hot water heater that needed addressing. I would certainly choose Springfield Plumbing again.
