My request/inquiry was promptly returned and I received a detailed explanation up front of the problem, what caused it, and how it would be fixed.

We ended up not even needing plumbing work, but this vendor was honest and told us what the real problem was. We will certainly keep him in mind for future work.

Steve promptly responded to my inquiry for an estimate and came to review the issues, quickly was able to "diagnose" the problems and provided a reasonable estimate. He ordered parts and within a day or two returned to complete the repair. He is competent, skilled and a pleasure to deal with. We will be hiring him for additional plumbing work we need. He expected to be 15 minutes later than his estimate and called in advance. He was neat, cleaned up and does excellent work. I would not hesitate to recommend Steve and will do so to many.
