Gave good explanations. educational. A project with many parts (countertop, garbage disposal, faucet, pipes, sink, etc.). Planning to have them do some bathroom repairs.

I initially had extreme anxiety when my water heater started leaking. Additionally, I had some other plumbing in need of repair. I obtained multiple estimates - one estimate was the cost to basically renovate my entire basement and one of the other estimates was reasonable but not as thorough. Steve reached out to me from Springfield - he is thorough, knowledgeable and honest. And on top of all of that his estimate was very reasonable. His team came out shortly after and completed the job in a timely manner. Very pleased with the service and results!
