We worked with Humberto on our pavers around the pool project and had an issue afterwards, that (could have happened with any contractor). Used bait and switch tactics. Cost estimate was revised after they showed up and started the work. I would never have chosen them knowing their history, as competitors were only slightly higher. Pavers were expected to be a close match to existing multi color ones, but showed entirely red like brick. Must have been in stock.

We have been in business for many years and surprisingly we just read this bad review from this client. Even more surprised because It?s our only bad review in all these years. (consumer name withheld per their request) chose the pavers color brown tan, after seeing the samples. After installing them in place, they told us we didn?t install the correct color, even after showing them the receipt of the purchase with the color they had chosen. This client received the pavers three days before the installation and he was at the house during the whole period of the installation. However, he didn?t mention anything to any of the installers or to the company. We tried our best to please them, and we also offered them few choices, but they rather kept the pavers, not paying us the open balance.
