I would like to report a company that was referred to us and received the lead from your company. Their lack professionalism, unresponsive and out right disrespectful and rude! Please read entire thread! This will end up a SHIT SHOW IN THE END! Would never refer this company and his lack of professionalism is on 1000! From the beginning communication with David had been near nonexistent. When we ordered the liner, I had to follow up with him to see if it arrived as opposed to vice versa. After installation we gave David $1500.00 cash which to me means we paid for a quality install and a quality product. This was not the case; the photos below show the wrinkles throughout the liner and a hole in the bottom of the pool. David ignored over 20-25 texts that were sent asking him to come address the issues. I spoke to him on Sunday June 2, and he told me he would be out at my home to install a pump to drain the pool and repair the liner. Needless to say, he did not show up and I called him numerous times and left numerous texts with no response. David had one of his employees Matt calls to resolve the issue and he ended up more unprofessional than David. Someone who goes and makes a purchase for a quality brand new product should not have a hole in the $1500.00 liner. All I am asking is for a refund for the fact that I now have to empty the pool and then refill, and my water bill is astronomical. Any other retailers would make this right! Not David and Matt, they dont care and want to make it worse. I did my research and spoke to numerous pool companies and installers that stated a patch only lasts one summer and then we will have to bust out humps again to come up with $1500 to get a new one! Signed homeowners left with defective materials and we are completely unsatisfied!
Let me set the record straight. this customer hired me to replace a 24 foot round liner. when I get to the home, it appears that the pool was abandoned for several years.. a small forest was growing inside of the swimming pool. due to the liner was ripped apart. it took my crew of 2 over 8 hours to cut all the trees the roots and haul over 3/4 of a ton of sand. . Once we removed the small forest myself and two of my crewmembers walked the entire pool raking it making sure the base was perfect. We felt nothing because we do this in our bare feet.. without question this was the worse I've ever seen for an above ground pool in 40 years.
Do not ever use this company if you need a new pool liner installed. The owner Dave is a liar and a crook. He no called and no showed several times. They randomly showed up and partially installed the liner and then disappeared for multiple weeks. I also hired him to repair my fiberglass steps. The work was terrible. He got the epoxy all over my liner and then attempted to use acetone to remove it. Ruining the liner! He left a mess all over my back porch. He brought his dogs with him the few times he actually showed up, and they defecated all over my yard and he never cleaned it up. After the liner was ruined I tried to handle it civilly and asked to be reimbursed for the price of the liner. He refused. This entire process has been a nightmare for my family and I. We unfortunately will have to go through litigation and probably never get back the time and money that was wasted by him. I doubt the pool will be ready this summer at all now. This company, and the owner Dave are a terrible reflection on Angie. They should do themselves a favor and drop him. I hope I can post pictures on here to show the disaster this truly was. Also, I?m sure Dave will jump on here and try to defend himself in some way. Don?t fall for his BS. Do yourself a favor and hire a real company to install your pool liner, and not this snake oil salesman.
This is one hateful person that really does not deserve a response, but I'm gonna give one anyway.. as far as my workmanship look at my reviews.. I've been business for 40 years and do excellent work. My Installer accidentally discolored his liner. Fred wanted a new Liner and I agreed. Now I am in the red financially by doing this, but I'm the crook. ..He asked me how soon the Liner can be installed, and I said I have to get back with him to talk to the manufacturer. When Fred was told this he threw an ever loving fit.. this shocked me because never once did Fred indicate any dissatisfaction with me my crew or the work he was nice as can b
Installers did a great job from start to finish. Had new liner and skimmer box installed. Dave made sure we were satisfied with everything. I would recommend
Great experience. Easy to communicate and coordinate with. Great work and beautiful liner.
Top notch service and great communication. Would use this company again and I highly recommend Splash Pools.
Once again, Dave installed a perfect vinyl liner for my pool. Absolutely no wrinkles!
Dave and Jaxson were great. The job of installing an 18x33 pool liner on a 38 year old pool was not easy. The job was done perfectly. If you need a pool liner replaced, Dave is your man!
Great communication, they kept me informed and had no issue answering questions or concerns. Despite a few setbacks that were clearly outside of their control (i.e. weather, Canadian wildfire smoke), they always kept me up to date on the progress and completed the job in a timely manner.
Very fast service, perfect installation. I would recommend Dave to anyone.
