We hired Spazio contractors to remodel our first floor with the bulk going to the kitchen. It has been a year since the project was completed and there are so many flaws showing up it is alarming. We were never given a final bill or statement of what we spent on materials and I still don't know how our money was spent. Here are some of the things that were done: 1. Budgeted money unaccounted for. we gave money budgeted for quartz countertops (it is in our contract) and the countertops that were installed were composite. 2. The contractor ordered extra items on our behalf without consulting us first. These may not have been big things but when tallied up, it was frustrating. Like adding a sink grate that we did not ask for. the contract ordered the wrong size cabinets and he had to order complete new ones before installation. 3. Charged for labor we completed. He charged us for the installation of a new oven hood when there were not enough people on site to help install it and we had to help the individual on-site. 4. Misquoted on time and expenses. The contractor quoted us about $10,000 less than the project actually cost and it took him 5 more weeks than he originally said. These are not small numbers. 5. Started work without having materials. The contractor started work on the project without having the cabinets ordered, which we were unaware if. He also never really gave us a final proof of the floor plan and I had to keep asking. 6. Things were left unfinished. There are many spots where gout is missing or caulking is not finished. The island does not really line up properly and I have to look at a cap between cabinets every day ---a very expensive gap between cabinets. I do not recommend this company and if there was a way to get my money back or make them fix their mistakes, I would

Fantastic team. Every step from concept to installation was flawless. Not only was the closet incredible, the craftsmanship of our custom cabinetry far exceeded expectation. One of the best experiences we have had. The entire process was handled with exceptional professionalism and a sense of pride that has sadly become a rarity these days. Frankly, there is no one else we would recommend moving forward.

We used Spazio to do our closets 4 years ago and they did a wonderful job!! Recently, after finishing some interior remodeling, we realized it was time to replace the rest of our bifold doors. Juan is amazing! Professional, honest and cares about and stands behind his work. Installers were very professional and experienced. Work was finished on time and on budget! A+ in our book. Now considering them for a kitchen remodel!

Very happy with the service. From beginning to end it was a seamless process. Juan and the installers were very professional and the product they delivered is outstanding. They even upgraded the drawer fronts for no reason. I definitely recommend them.
