Sparkling Hands

I had spoken to the booking agent the night before my cleaning, we agreed that I needed a "deep" cleaning. The two professionals did a light cleaning, like I would do 30 minutes before company showed up. I was quoted a flat hourly rate of $45. Then when I asked them to wipe out oven, dishwasher, microwave... they said that would be an extra charge but they would take care of it. My ceiling fans are still dirty, baseboards I kept having to point out and now I am redoing. The fixtures in the bathroom especially vanity lights, are covered in dust. Needless to say I am having to clean my house post their service. They were friendly, I have not negative comments there. I feel like there was a miscommunication from the booking to the service provider. Wish I had better to say.

they were able to come to my apartment within a few days of hiring. they were pleasant and competant

I had a specific list of what I wanted done. They did things not on my list and missed a main one on my list which they did after my walk around but very fast, not a good job there. I also found some of their cleaning stuff after they left

Did a Fantastic job

I called this company on New Years Day and they came to our home within 3 hours and did a very thorough job. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

They do not normally wash dishes. But my disability prevented me from doing the task. Their/her work was excellent and my kitchen, pots, dishes and flatware is cleaner than I could have done.
