other than a cmomunication problem between them and their supplier, which delayed delivery by a day, they were wonderful...accomodating...and efficient. and the craftsman who actually did the job was just that.

After they were hired, it went downhill and they were very unreliable and not very efficient. It took the job over 4 months to be completed and they still had to come back and redo an area.

We always work around our customers' schedules. For many of our customers, this is not their primary residence, and that can complicate the scheduling of work. Upon inspection of this project, we found an area that was not satisfactory, and we took care of it at no charge, no questions asked.

contracted for windows, doors, shutters a year ago. Work incomplete and substandard. No response to repeated phone calls. Left my home in worse condition after starting work.

There were delays on this project for many reasons, including the fact that the homeowner would not give us access to the home so we could perform our installation. When we finally gained access to conduct our work, our project maanger determined that some of our work was unsatisfactory, and we replaced it at no charge, no questions asked. The job is complete, and all inspections have passed.
