Termite treatment. After the first visit, even though we called them repeatedly they did not come back to finish the service. Not even a half star.

Good afternoon, Mr. Nelson, I am surprised by your message or your bad comment, since the termite work is a single visit with a one-year guarantee. I should not return to the property, it is after one year and everything is written in the invoice that I provide you. I made three calls today to explain the treatment that apparently was not clear the first time and I wanted to clarify that the treatment does not require more than one visit since it is a termite treatment and at least I treat the problem on The chemical provided remains on the walls for more than 3 years, however we return every year to do a free inspection. You only have 3 week.

We hired this company to spray for cockroaches. Their technician came out twice and sprayed for roaches and insects. He told my wife and I he would be out one additional time, but never showed up. The treatment costs me $250.00 not impressed.
