My wife and I are purchasing a new build home and wanted to ensure everything was done correctly and done well before moving in. Aaron was able to come out next day and got us the report back same day. He was extremely thorough and noticed different smaller items that we would have never noticed that could potentially cause issues long term. He also was able to communicate directly with the sales rep from the community in our behalf which sped things along also. We will definitely use him for any more inspection needs in the area going forward. You can tell he genuinely enjoys doing what he does and is truly in it to help people before the biggest purchase they’ll ever make. Money well spent!

Our house is a new build and we were told dates to have inspection and even though our house was not totally completed they did the most they could do and agreed to come back and finish the inspection when they complete the punch lists at no extra charge! Very nice guys to work with!

The inspector spent more than a half hour after the inspection to ask questions, and offer recommendations. I received a very detailed 60 page report complete with photos and explanations when an item did not meet minimum requirements. He answered additional questions the following day and told me to call if other questions arose. The services completely catered a prospective buyer residing in another state. I was very impressed.
