I would highly recommend this father/son team. When I called and explained the problem, they gave me an idea of what it would cost. And surprisingly in todays world, after they fixed it they charged me exactly what they told me on the phone. And it was reasonable too! They are so honest and definitely know what they are doing. It was so nice to see a father/son work so well together. Both are so friendly and I would highly recommend them to anyone. I even asked them to come back and do some maintenance work on it. They also told me they would be here at 8 am and right on the dot, they were here. It's not often anymore that you can find such honest, pleasant, fair, and knowledgeable people in the home repair business. Thank you Ron and Matt!!

I have used these guys more than once (different garage doors). They are a father and son team. They are knowledgeable, flexible, hard working and very reasonable.

Hands down-best decision we made! It is a father and son team and they were knowledgeable, fast and very fair with the pricing! We needed assistance with one door that wouldn't open, and our 2nd garage door opened but made a noise when it opened so we had them take a look. We didn't realize the previous owners had actually installed the door track backwards and that was what was creating the noise! We were worried because that was a larger issue than what we had expected, but we had no reason for concern. They took care of it in no time and were fairly priced! If I ever need service again I will be calling them!

The men from Southern arrived within an hour of my initial call. They diagnosed my problem immediately, repaired it quickly, and charged exactly what they had quoted. If only all similar experiences could be as positive.
