On time and very respectful of the home .

Owner quoted me a quote of $65 on 10-20-2022 for steam cleaning 1 bedroom approx 12'x18' and 1 recliner chair. Showed up on time at scheduled day 10-21-2022. The 2 workers went over the carpet 1 time and needed 2 times at different direction than 1st time. Upon completion of the cleaning I ask the owner how much I owed him and he stated $130.00. I told him that was not the price agreed upon the day before. Owner stated extra charge was for travel and I told him he knew where the job was located when he quoted me the price of $65. I told him the price agreed on the day before on the phone was $65 and I was not going to pay him the $130. Told owner I would pay $70, and owner agreed. This is ABSOLUTELY NOT GOOD BUSINESS! Will not use this company again, if you use this company better get your estimate in writing!!!

    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
