I am very pleased with the way my vinyl garage floor came out. Mark was very professional and he explained the whole process to me since Iâ ve never seen this done before. Mark was exceptional from. beginning to end. Price was fair, he was honest and he did what he said he was going to do. What really set his apart from the average contractor is that he truly wants the best result and he wants you to be happy with it. This was most apparent when I made a mistake by not consulting my wife about the color choice because I was trying to surprise her. I called Mark too late knowing that he had already purchased the product as there dead line for change was Thursday. I called Friday and to see if he had already purchased the product and he had so the mistake was mine and I told him that it was all good. He called me back 10 minutes later and said that his priority was that we got what we wanted. he came out 20 minutes later after re-arranging his schedule and presented my wife with all the choices again. She picked a completely different color which turned out, of course to, be a much better choice. He showed up on time both days and did a great job. We love the floor and Mark was the perfect guy to do the job!
