Reviews
Write a ReviewAAA great team
It was perfect, very professional.
They did a great job. Very easy to work with, answered all of the questions we had and was easy to communicate with the owner. They told us when they were coming and when they could not because of the weather. Overall an excellent job.
Robin M. Reviews 1.0 star rating The worst experience ever, in home improvement. I hired them the first time to re-roof my house. I have a gable roof and two flat. Although I have not had an issue with the work on the gable roof, the workers punctured one of the flats by either dropping something on it or more likely stepped on a nail. Which I had to call them for a week to get any action. They just squirted some sealant to fix it. When they finished they left garbage in my bushes and loose nails scattered across my flat roofs and many more in my lawn. Since they did an ok job at least on the gable roof I decided to hire them again for a small repair on my other flat. A small job, how hard could it be to do something, right? Bad choice on my part. They did the repair and two days later, the roof was peeling up. They came back and did a half ass job of fixing what they should have done right the first time. Less than a week later that same flat roof started leaking where it had never leaked before. Just a foot away from where the work was done. Have tried contacting the office, but they very rarely answer the phone. Talked to the sales rep, and he said they will charge me for a service call if it was not their fault. Which it was. Also, I talked to the superintendent. He said he would call me right back. Still, has not I have now had to spend more money fixing the leak they caused. They did pull a permit for the first job, so I did not think that part would be a problem, but when they were done I did not get the permit with the bill as I did the first time. I am thinking they did not pull one. So for those of you needing a contractor heed my advice, DON OT USE SOUTHEAST GENERAL CONTRACTORS GROUP, YOU WILL BE SORRY THAT YOU DID.
Service after the final payment no response from contractor to come out to fix issues
did as promised
