4/21/20 souters came to my home and could not initially get the drain open sam said they would have to dig it up he told me they could not do it until Friday 4/24/20 because he had to have the underground lines marked out first I said ok and I even paid him for what he had done that day. sam contacted the people and had the lines marked out that was done on 4/23/20. well, 4/24/20 came and went with no one from souters showing up, in fact, the week of 4/27/20 through 5/1/20 no one from souters showed up, in fact, I never even got a receipt from them for what I did pay them. I wound up getting Roto-Rooter out of Norwalk Oh they did more than souters did and they on charged me $45 bucks more and my drain is working perfectly. Do not recommend souters at all. Will not recommend home advisor either.
