Unfortunately, Solorzanoss Construction did not meet their obligations on the gutter installation. They promised in writing, to use Senox product but the downspouts, elbows etc. came from a different vendor. Some even spray-painted spray painted some white items on site because my project called for black. Javier said Senox doesnt carry the elbows! In one area they totally left off the gutter and downspout. One corner seam is gaping wide as the pieces do not meet when first of all there shouldn't even be a seam there. The gutters were scratched because they leaned their own ladders against them without protection and when I questioned the missing paint, Javier said it was dust - not missing paint - I was mistaken! I actually got a rep from Senox out to check and confirm. The team was fast and careless with their work and didn't move flowerpots out of their way as necessary - that resulted in them breaking two of the pots. Nails were left about the place. Unfortunately, I paid them in full before noticing these details. When I reached out to them with a list of items that needed to be fixed, they didn't respond until Home Advisor called them - more than a week later. Then, they let me know they would get back in touch with me this week. Well, the week has come and gone because Javier told me they ";dont work weekends". Therefore, I am tired of giving them a chance to right the mess and decided to go ahead with this review . I actually dissuaded my neighbors from using them. They could've had much more business but not keeping your word, doing sloppy work and not making things right do not warrant recommendations. If things are corrected, I will update this review accordingly.

Replaced gutters on a townhome. Fast service and dis a great job!
