Super polite, efficient, and knowledgeable staff. My first phone contact was with Melanie, who perfectly explained the possibilities for cooling my home with a whole house fan. The second contact was with Randy, who thoroughly surveyed my home and attic and gave me a fair quote with options and NO upsell. My third contact was with Jessie, who installed my whole house fan efficiently and without mess or fuss. He explained the process of use to me, and could not have been nicer or more helpful.
