Quality of work was good. What was not good was declaring I had 27 cracked roofing tiles and proposing $675 to repair them. My roofing company says I only have 10 tiles needing replace/repair. This is quite concerning. I would be careful making these a kinda of unqualified assessments. Will probably not use them again for this reason.

Photos which were all provided to you upon completing our roof inspection. We work very hard and transparently and provide a free roof inspection for all roof cleanings, which most of our customers appreciate. Hello, Snapper does not agree with your review as your roof and property was left clean and shiny, which is what we promised to do. You were even given a discount after discount after talking us down in our initial conversation. Our original price was very reasonable and even though you were given a discount, we still honored our special of cleaning the entire property for the price of the roof cleaning. The roof tiles were indeed sealed. We shared pictures of before and after, as we do with all our customers, for proof that it was done.

I can't say enough good things about snapper Soft wash and pressure cleaning! My Tech was very patient and explain the process step-by-step, pointed out areas of concern from drone footage and pictures of my property. They Replaced damage tile and treated my entire home for mold mildew an algae. Believe it or not, even the inside of my house smells super clean just from having the outside washed and scrubbed down!!! When the job was done, my tech made recommendations for maintenance so that I can keep my house and roof well protected and looking immaculate. Snapper soft wash and pressure cleaning you have Gained a customer for life

Prompt service. Roof was cleaned properly and my driveway and pool deck were also power washed for the same price. No visible damage to plants or bushes from chemicals. I would definitely use them again next time.
