Tyriece was terrific. Prompt, efficient, effective, knowledgeable, and incredibly friendly. We investigated a mysterious potential leak, including cutting through some drywall ceiling, and he was extremely helpful in explaining what he was seeing, and possible causes. He was the only plumber I was able to find working during the holiday season, and I’m glad I did. I would call Smooth Plumbing and Gas again in a heartbeat.

I was desperate for a plumber on the Monday when most people are off for the Christmas holiday. A pipe had burst at my home and the water was shut off by the water company. Smooth Plumbing was the only company I could get an appointment with that day. Tyriece came out and was able to immediately locate the two leaks and repair them promptly. He also was able to turn the water back on that had been turned off by the water company saving me the major hassle of trying to get the water company out to my house on a holiday. Tyriece is clearly very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. My experience with Tyriece and his company was could not have gone any better than it did.
