I had the same bad experience Mr. George had: They have cashed a check for a washing machine motor and water dispenser BUT NEVER RETURNED FOR THE REPAIRS WILL NOT RETURN MULTIPLE CALLS TO ANY OF THEIR 3 LISTED NUMBERS - AFTER ANSWERING ONCE AND TELLING ME A REPAIR PERSON WAS GOING TO BE AT MY HOME. If they have experienced a tragedy of some sort I would be happy to retract this review, but currently completely without any feedback and out several hundred dollars ANGI, would consider removing this proprietor!!!

the technician fix the initial problem but reassemble appliance was incorrectly and now did not back to fix it.

I had an excellent experience with Smith’s. The person I scheduled the service with was super nice and professional. The technician who came out was named Leo and he was wonderful. This is my first home, and my first time owning gas appliances. Leo was patient and kind, and when I expressed interest in learning more about my machine, he showed me where the issue was and how he fixed it. I was honestly scared to touch my gas lines because I was worried I’d do something wrong and cause some kind of issue that would poison us or make the house blow up. He went above and beyond and taught me about what the different lines in my utility closet did, and how to turn the gas on and off to both my dryer and my water heater. He didn’t patronize me or make me feel dumb, and I feel more confident and safe as a home owner. The pricing was fair, and I was immensely relieved that they didn’t try to gouge me the way less trustworthy companies could have. Smith’s Services is my new go to place and I highly, highly recommend them.

The repair process from start to finish was excellent. They contacted me within 15 minutes of my service request with estimated cost and scheduled date of repair. Leo the service repairman text me on service date, said he was on his way. Within 20 minutes on site he had the dryer belt on and running. Dryer is working fine and I am extremely satisfied with the prompt and efficient service.

My experience with Smithâ s Services was fantastic from the very beginning. Once I requested the service, I was contacted with in 10minutes. I explained problem an agreed to the service I was given an appointment the very next day. The technician was very knowledgeable and professional did a great job. We were very pleased with their service and will definitely hire if needed again.

The service was incomplete, the lack of communication is unacceptable between the contractor and the customer. We are highly inconvenienced when they promised to do an efficient service.
