Reviews
Write a ReviewJosh and his employees were exceptionally knowledgeable efficient and polite. The cost of my project was the lowest of several estimates received. Would highly recommend to anyone seeking electrical services.
Panel was too big for the space. It's not flush with the wall. Sticker inside was mislabeled and was stuck on wrinkled. Requested replacement, but panel company could not provide. Good price though. Misquoted because inspection determine grounding was required. Extra $600.
Josh was great to work with. Honest, timely, responsive. Quality work. More than fair estimate. Will hire again in the future and recommend to anyone.
I hired Smiley due to I needed the work done quickly. He was able to get the work done in the time I needed. He showed up on the day he committed to. He was very expensive, but I needed the work done quickly. For placement of the pot lights and fan receptacle, I asked him to where he felt they should go. The lights he installed well so the home room lights up, which was good. The fan placement was a bit odd. I should have picked the spot myself. My bad on that. I asked if he could move it and he did. He was not happy about it. He charged me an additional $153 do move it. I noticed he did not use a fan brace originally, but found a beam and used a cheaper receptacle. When moving it, he used the brace as originally quoted . He did not use any additional wiring. He just had to cut an additional hole in the ceiling and move the wire 2 feet. He had cut 11 holes, not including the lights, to accomplish the work. I had to take care of those repairs myself. During the installation, I did hear him drop tools. One time there was a huge crash. I was working and could not go and see what he dropped. Later, I found my laminate had a deep chunk taken out. He never mentioned damaging anything to me when he left. My wife also found a lot of ceiling debris in the sofa, which was supposed to be covered. He did cash my check in record time. It cleared my back the next day. He seemed to know his stuff, but with the prices and the damage, I would not be recommending him. He used his knowledge to cut corners, (using a beam instead of a brace , wiring fan directly with to power without a switch, which meant one less switch for a fan that you would use a remote for anyway, which was not a bad thing) but no discount when he used less switches, etc.
Josh was a great professional! On time, on budget, offering up alternatives... the best!!!!!
Joshua did a great job. He was quick and thorough. would hire him again.
Willing to help and follow up.
Very professional
Was not able to fix but not Smiley s issue but the age of the unit. Will use again.
Josh was very kind and professional, not a bit of a problem with him. My problem though, was my mistake because I accepted the deal due to urgency. And the problem was that Josh told me upfront the estimate would be $155. It took him 15ish minutes to complete the job. I think the company should review how to charge. Thanks,
