John was on time for both his original estimate and the installation, he also was very informative about what he would be providing and doing. He took the time to review everything with me upon his completion including a picture of the antenna he mounted in my attic I would use him again in a heart beat, super guy.

John was excellent. He reprogrammed an existing mesh WiFi from the previous owner and re-installed and programmed an inhouse security system and hooked me up so I can access it remotely as well, and installed and programmed my Ring system. He provided a fair estimate, was communicative, precise, and arrived on time. He did what he said he would do and followed up a few days later to be sure everything was still working as it should. I am new to the area and John is now my "low voltage guy".

He completely understood the challenges of the installation, went onto a 2nd floor roof, temperatures were in the high 90's. Secured a new antenna mount to the roof using applicable fasteners and sealing methods to prevent leaks Used appropriate cabling with watertight F-type connectors all connected at the electrical meter head in compliance with NEC codes for proper ground & lightning protection. Aimed the for optimal signal strength and proceeded to check the new channels available. Went from receiving 70 channels to over 114! Quick cleanup and a true professional. Will highly recommend him for installs of other types of installation, ethernet, Cat6 and above. Excellence is tough to find these days and its been found.
