Steve initially was very responsive and although pricey I felt he was efficient the next day I called him that I had continued leaking right under the area he repaired, he told me he was too far to return same day. & would call back with a time to return. A week passed , I called him again and he had gone skiing and wanted me to call him in a couple of days. This was the point I realized he doesnâ t have a roofing company of qualified employees just himself. After more leaking and a few more days he called and said he would send someone out for a charge of 475.00, my issue was the person had no more than 2 years experience on roofs. At no point did Steve make it a priority to get back to look at his work to see if that was the issue. I called another local roofing company who not only had never heard of his roofing company which he said was 30 yrs of experience. And that someone should have returned in 48 hours. As I started heâ s responsive for the first call but I would say poor follow through and should disclose he doesnâ t have a company of people.

Steve came over just to inspect my roof that was only three years old and gave me some professional opinion. I was upset because it was leaking . He was not the original roofer. He took pictures for me. Very professional and courteous.

Steve responded promptly to my request, anticipated the cause of the roof leak from my description, and had it fixed in 1/2 hour (in the rain). Charged a reasonable fee (the other respondent quoted $1500 minimum). Definitely recommend!

Steve was great he came over on a saturday before the big storm sealed up a couple bad spots and sealed some vents and advised me on what it would take to keep this roof maintained prices were very fair and he was extremely professional and had a great personality its truly a pleasure dealing with a tradesman that isnt a car salesman very satisfied if you have a roofing concern give Steve a call

Steve from Smart Roofing Systems was amazing! As soon as I submitted my request he gave me a call with pricing and scheduled an immediate appointment. He knew immediately what the cause of the roof leak was. He is extremely knowledgeable about roofs and gutters. His prices are fair and his service was very timely. He definitely saved me from a major disaster. Within two days of his repair to my roof we we had two major storms. Half of my home would have been flooded!
