Quality movers and nothing was broken during the move which was great! Actual price was a bit higher than the original quote provided but in line with other companiesâ quotes.

A08/18/2020 We have used a few different moving companies in the past years and Smart Penny has been great! The rate was reasonable with no special charge for our upright piano. Although they were not the fastest, the bed assembly was the best weâ ve had! Our bed feels sturdier than when it was moved the last time. I would highly recommend Smart Penny.

I have used Smart Penny twice and they are great from start to finish. I wouldn't use anyone else. The guys who did the actual move treated my things as if they were their own. From client contact, estimating the job and actual move, they are wonderful to work with.

The guys at Smart Penny we’re very professional and very hard working. All Our belongings and furniture arrived safely and was moved off the truck very carefully. We would definitely recommend them to our friends and families!

Initially, I had given a 2.5-star review because there was an accident where their truck hit my landlord s railing and dented my stairway wall. However, they were quick to fix the railing and Oleg contacted me about fixing my stairway wall. I would say even though there were issues along the way, their customer service is 5 star and take their pride in their work. The movers were quick and efficient.

Smart Penny has helped me move to Maine, New Hampshire, and around Boston and every time they've come along they have been fantastic. They're always on-time, work incredibly hard and efficient, respect my property and safely secure my belongings, and are friendly and professional. They almost always come in under their estimate as well. My most recent move from Boston to the North shore came in at just over half the original estimate thanks to how efficiently the crew worked. I've already given referrals for Smart Penny to co-workers and strangers. I will continue to for as long as they're around. And while I joked that I'll never use them again if I ever move out of this home or need bulk items put in storage you can bet I'll be calling them up again!
