The men were all very polite and handled the piano with both gentleness and safety of the precious piece as well as their own safety. They were very safety oriented and took all the proper precautions to protect the piece and themselves and the house to where they delivered the piano.

This was a large house move. The team came on time and worked quickly and efficiently throughout the process. They were thorough, careful and always pleasant even after hours of heavy lifting. I would recommend them highly.

I hired them after reading many reviews on Angie's List. I liked the owner and his very responsive customer service. The pricing was clear and competitive. It was a better price than many local companies. The team arrived early which was great. There was a 90 minute arrival time and they called right at the front end of the job saying they'd be there in about 20 minutes. The job was a top floor apartment with an elevator. The workers in about 2.5 hours had the entire apartment emptied and packed on the truck. I regret (it's on me) not having them take some of my items that I moved myself because they would have handled those just fine (TV, computer, stray items in storage). So they moved everything quickly across the state, unloaded quickly. They were all very friendly workers, flexible, easy to deal with. I would use them again, highly recommend them and just let them work. If you're move has lamps, skiboots, small grill, bikes, beach umbrellas (stray stuff that isn't necessarily boxed) they seem to handle that really well. Most of my job was highly organized--boxes packed, sealed, furniture dismantled, empty draws --this will keep your costs down but the crew could have handled those things had I wanted it or been available for some packing-that's up to you. Worth every cent. Thanks.

Such a simple and straight forward process. The guys that moved us where great. Respectful, on time, helpful and they were wearing their masks throughout the entire time. And the sales team was also very helpful and quick to help and answer question. Great company overall.

The men were excellent in the care, treatment, and placement of my items. I had some heavy unique items which they handled perfectly.They were patient and respectful at all times. Did not rush the job. They followed covid guidelines. Wore masks and also sanitized my items and unwrapped outside. They were excellent and went above and beyond my expections!!! I would hire them again in a heartbeat. The pricing was affordable and did not exceed my expections.

Milton and Josy were early and called to let me know they were almost there. They were very professional and followed all Covid rules at the assisted living. They were so efficient. They came in at what I was quoted, which was a very reasonable. I couldn't have asked for a smoother move. These guys were terrific. I will recommend Small Penny Moving to everyone.

These guys were legitimately amazing. They were kind, professional, and their work was impeccable. They packed up my entire apartment and unpacked in my new place without stopping or pausing or dilly-dallying at all. I seriously cannot overstate how highly I would recommend them.
