Grossly under estimated leaving us to pack and put things into storage after the truck was full and they had left.

Hello Oscar. When our movers were informed that additional belongings were required to be packed, the moving truck was already full and would have necessitated extra time and vehicle. You were informed from the beginning that all of your belongings might not fit in one vehicle and were offered an additional truck. You decided to forgo this and allow for whatever remaining articles to be transported by you personally. Even after this misunderstanding we offered to remedy the situation through several means at a personal cost to the moving company which you declined.

We moved from Mass to SC. We shopped around and found Smart Penny to be easy to communicate with and there pricing was very reasonable. They answered all our questions in a timely manner and were on time to pick up and deliver. They handled our furniture and personal belongings in a professional manner. We highly recommend this moving company the staff and management were outstanding .

It was necessary for us to change both our pickup dates and delivery dates and the staff were so flexible and understanding! The loading staff were friendly and very hardworking. Oleg did an excellent job in estimating our job and also making the long distance drive. We heartily recommend this company.

Worked very hard and did a great job, including moving a piano. I would definitely recommend and/or use them again. I really liked their no-nonsense pricing on an hourly basis.

Work started just a bit late due to traffic, but they worked very hard; did an excellent job; and were pleasant and accommodating. No hesitation recommending them or hiring them again. Well worth it.

If you're going to hire, they come from Cambridge MA. They charge when they leave, till they get back. So make sure you are close to them. I didn't check, so I paid for two hours travel time. They gave me a window of 11am, to 1pm. They called at noon, to notify me they will arrive at 2 pm. They showed up at 2:28 (traffic was the case) They deducted the 28 minutes from the bill. Every thing else went smoothly, they were professional and treated my (put together yourself) furniture with the greatest of care. Overall, I would recommend if you're close to Cambridge. If not, look elsewhere.

Simply incredible! Had 2 of the hardest workers I've ever seen moving my apartment belongings go a single family home. If you're even considering someone else - stop - smart penny moving is the better choice. smart penny was perfectly priced (they could probably charge a little more and it'd be fine), they worked hard and fast and they made the whole day just so much easier for us. My wife and I said to both of the workers that they were "the best decision we've ever made". Thank you!!!
