Everything described to me in the pre-decision phase (fact finding) that was promised or proposed by Smart Penny was as good or better than stated. They were So professional and polite and everything went without a hitch and without breakage. I was so happy and relieved that all went so well and smoothly.

The Smart Penny Moving team was wonderful! The day of our scheduled move it was pouring rain! They moved quickly and made sure everything was protected. We would highly recommend their services!

Mike the foreman was very friendly and helpful. He directed the other 2 men so the move was quick. The only thing I would mention is that even though the deposit is charged to your credit card when it comes to paying the bill the policy is 3% extra charge if you use a credit card otherwise no extra charge if paid in cash or by check. This was not mentioned when I booked the company.

Mike the foreman very friendly, helpful, and had everything put in its proper place. Very careful with all the furniture. I was amazed how well they handled the furniture. They dis assembled and assembled the furniture . Very professional and efficient. Would definitely recommend them to family and friends!

Danielle was very friendly in getting a rate and making adjustments as needed. Our movers were not only quick but very friendly and personable too. Will definitely use them again and recommend for friends/family. Very easy, affordable, and stress free for me!
