The project finished quite behind schedule but not all of that was the fault of the builder. He did what he could to make us happy throughout the delays. He was willing to add and change as we went along and the quality of his work met our expectations.

I remain in awe of Mr. Skinner and his crew. From the outset he combined an unusual ability to be personable with an unusual ability to be professional. It is very strange for a vendor to care both about his work and about the needs and wants of the customer. After soliciting feedback from three of his former customers, I began to feel that I had made the correct choice of the four bids that I solicited. However, I was not prepared for the quality of work, the persoanl attention, the concern for remaining within budget and the commitment to the delivery date that was exhibited by Mr. Skinner.

I used Skinnerback to put in footings and slab for a detached garage. The job was done in two days and finished level and square. I will be calling Darryl for my next job.
