Sean was a great person to work with. He was awesome. And the guys that did the work did a great job. They were kind and considerate. Very good experience.

This is a 'one of a kind' business - customer service that is friendly, professional, understands the problem and has the solution, returns phone calls and cares that the job is done exactly as bid with a team of organized workers efficient and as professional as the manager and owner. and work scheduled when convenient for us. They arrived on time with a large amount of insulation and when the work was completed they left my home as they had found it. Later Sean, the manager we worked with, phoned to insure they had completed the job as promised. Let me make note about Sean. He was our first contact from Home Advisor. Sean remained our contact until the project was completed. His 'word is his bond' as is Steve's - the owner. Sean knew exactly the solution to this cold older home and the frustration of living with high utility bills and drafts throughout the year. He took this on as if it was his cold home! You cannot put a price on a company such as Skidmore Insulation - or a price on the valuable information and time Sean spent insuring that this was done right or a price from Steve the owner to ask if we were satisfied with the work. Steve and his crew were extremely professional and did an excellent job of putting insulation in an attic area over a bedroom closet. They had to remove stored items from my selves to complete this task and returned those items with care.
