My wife and have had such a great series of positive experiences with Sitara Electric that we finally realized we should submit a Home Advisor review. Sitara Electric has done so much work for us over the years, always reliable, refreshingly honest, highly skilled and professional. We have found them to be reasonable in their prices. On top of all this,they are quite personable- friendly, courteous, respectful, from the dispatcher, the master electricians, and the boss, Eddie. When we put in a new kitchen, they did the high hats and the wrap-around outlet strip along the the counters and cabinets. They solved a safety problem I had by installing an indoor motion detector to light up my stairs at night to protect me from falling, and outdoor motion detectors for the driveway and walkway. Eddie installed a new control panel only when we actually needed it. One time a storm knocked out local power for days, and Eddie brought over an emergency generator and installed it on the spot. We are so grateful to Eddie & crew.

From my initial phone call Eddie and the crew at Sitara Electric my experience was great. They arrived on time, were professional, and friendly. They stayed within the estimated cost and finished on time. I will definitely use them again.

Brandt was polite, courteous, and very knowledgeable. Diagnosed the problem, took time to explain the problem and what was required for repair, and professionally and expeditiously completed all tasked associated for a superb job!

Patrick is very polite, very professional, and a more than competent electrical contractor. He is a little bit pricey if you are outside of Knoxville however.
