This company is absolutely the worst business you will ever encounter the owner Pasha is a complete liar he can never tell you the truth we gave this company four projects due to his employee Tom Yates which was a friend of my Mother who passed away in July of 2023 I will say he is nothing but a puppet for Pasha he will not stand up for you and he will allow this company to keep lying and let them invoice materials and services that they did not do trying to take advantage of you and your insurance company. Also they will choose their own material without any notice to you just like our commercial building entrance doors they are over 18 months old from a discount door company to save them money but outrageously over charge for their service and then lie to you saying they are new doors from Mesker but they are not, my doors are CX series which have not been manufactured for over 20 months should have been new NP series!! The doors they brought me have dents and scratches plus the company they used was Mountain Wave Door I am warning you never use that company also was at my location 8 times to get my one front entrance door hung they took a sledge hammer and beat my door jam to oblivion to get it to clear said it was temporary came back out put a new Jam in and charged me for it after they pounded on it what a joke, plus my new Jam is not plumb you can see daylight through it and Simple Roofing says it is complete. they will never take care of you in the right manner they will tell you when it is complete also they were supposed to paint my doors only painted one that looks like a 3 year old slopped paint on it and still have the other one with no paint but charged my insurance for painting came back to give a discount of 433.52 for door not being properly finished! they also lied to my insurance company about the roofing expense at my commercial building saying it took more days to complete but really it only took one day, also have leaking vents told them about it all they did to correct it was siop coating around it, said they put up security fencing which is false said they had a supervisor on location the whole time which is absolutely false just to try and take advantage of Liberty Mutual this has been my worst experience with any company in my 57 years of life absolutely incompetent plus they only hire work out and i can say the people they hire are also very incompetent the gutter company they hired for my personal property was a joke couldn't even fasten downspouts correctly had to have them come out twice in which they just propped them up with rocks did not fasten properly with metal screws also they told my wife and i they took decking off my detached garage to finish my decking on the house which was false did not check roof for code prior to installation then without any notice or communication they put the cost of decking on me which Essurance told us if they would have submitted it properly it would have been taken care of also they did not order enough roofing to finish our house because Tom Yates is scared to get on your roof so he measures your roof with a drone and cant count enough squares properly he came to our house poked his head up in attic to verify spacing, if it has proper spacing which should be done prior to replacing your roof so you don't get taken for like me! We were also waiting for our 2 solar attic fans finally someone brought them out both of them different colors, so the guy spray painted the one now we will have to repaint it when the spray paint wears off!!!!! unfortunately i wish i would have stayed with Beard Brothers my Mom is how we were acquainted with Tom Yates so I am telling you buyers be very aware of this company they will take advantage of you and falsify their invoices of materials and services said they painted my fence which was false then again had to fix their paper work do not use this company for any...

Evan, with Simple Roofing was the only contractor of the four estimate I got that took the time to discussed reopening my insurance claim after the owner of the other side of my duplex had refused to get the new roof after hail damage five years ago. This allowed me to collect my depreciation and some additional expenses. he also had his team work on a Saturday after I discovered a leak. I was amazed at the level of workmanship and customer service.
