Brandon from Sidewinder Garage Door Service was fast, knowledgeable, and responsive. He came out the same day and did a thorough estimate that was had better pricing than some estimates, but more complete than cheaper ones. The expensive ones tended to be overkill, whereas the cheaper ones only relied on a few cell phone pictures rather than coming and doing a proper estimate. Brandon scheduled for Saturday, Jan 8th, 2022 and showed up right on time between 0800 and 0830. He was able to work around a vehicle that is currently unmovable! The door had been damaged by my backing into it, relying on cameras rather than rear view mirror. He was able to save the door's functionality (primary goal) as well as most of the damaged track, and then replaced the springs, support struts, and broken rollers. He then realigned everything to go up and down smoothly as expected. It doesn't look great without a new door (my own fault and not his in anyway) but it works as expected. The other refurbishment quotes were either 30% overkill or woefully under priced due to missing replacement parts and labor. I think Brandon only took about one to two hours to complete the work (or less) but had my door back and working well before noon that day. I'll be recommending Sidewinder Garage Door to my friends and family that still live here.
