I was referred to Jessie by a friend of mine, who is a union Sheetrock Guy. For the most part, he did a decent job when he first started working with him. I work on the road and my wife is home by herself for a couple of weeks at a time. I allowed him in his son to come work in my home while I was gone. I asked him to fix some cracks and paint in my entryway along with some work down in my basement. He did a good job on repairing the sheet rock, although it was not Ready for paint like we discussed. He hung two doors and they donâ t even shut when I got home. Also, there are several cracks above the doorway he was supposed to fixed as I pointed them out to him when we were discussing the work before he started when I was home. He was supposed to match the paint in our entryway of our home, which has really tall ceilings after he repaired the sheet rock. Once I got home, I seen the cracks that werenâ t repaired. I texted Jessie and he called me back as soon as I text him. I texted him that I was not happy with what I have seen and he instantly got really defensive and told me he wasnâ t coming to fix my house because I was raising my voice at him. The reason I was raising my voice at him is because we have cameras in our house and at our front door, and my wife was upset and started to cry, because he was yelling at her about the paint not matching. He is the one that actually match the paint. I had to another professional painting company and pay them over $600 to repair his mistake. All I asked him to do was repair the areas we had previously discussed that he missed. He had a real problem with it and said that since I was raising my voice at him he wasnâ t going to come over and make it right. So now I am giving him the review. He deserves and I will be contacting my attorney. I have documentation on video and audio along with photos of the work that was not performed properly. I would not hire this guy to mow my yard after that conversation. By the way, he hung up on me when I was asking him when he was going to come over and repair this mistake. He indicated to my wife that he was not making any money off of us and we are lucky that he did what he did.

Wow, this is shocking as I have done multiple projects with the homeowner over the last several months. Homeowner was happy with the work and continued to use me for additional projects. The said work noted above was not bid or included in this project. The doors we hung the homeowner supplied with no strike or plate knowing that with no strike and plate the doors would not stay closed. Homeowner was fine with that so they would not have to purchase new doors. Homeowner initially painted the wall and the paint did not match, so they asked if I could repaint where they had previously painted the walls. Homeowner again picked out paint from swatches provided and again it did not match. I painted where they had painted on the walls, but color did not match exact. I offered to paint the remaining walls for $400 and homeowner declined. Homeowner text me over 2 weeks later and I called him immediately to resolve any issues or problems. I offered to come fix anything that I had previously bid or done. Homeowner started to yell and I asked him to please calm down. Homeowner did not and continued to yell, call me offensive names and give threats. I go above and beyond for all of my customers/clients and warranty my work. I will continue to run and operate a professional and reputable business and create good relationships with my customers, clients and competitors as well.

They helped me with my home renovation by doing the skim coating of ceilings and getting drywall in bathrooms and walls ready for paint. Great job, a bit on the pricy side, but I have no complaints with their quality.
