Shield Proof Roofing

Sheild proof roofing company is not reliable. Sheild roofing owners do not communicate at all. Many lies , no emails , no text or calls. I had to call the city to find out if the roofing permit was available. I found out the permit was ready. I had to call Sheild proof roofing to advise them the permit was ready and when will they start the roofing job. Mr Martinez gave me 3 different days he will start. No shows on every days no communication of any sort. I emailed Mr Martinez that I wanted my deposit of $8000 returned. Again no response. I had to go to the city and close the permit. I?ve been waiting since August 16 , 2024 for the roofing company to start but all I got was silence. I lost all confidence in Sheild proof roofing company with the non communication , lies and ability to preform the full correct work. I requested my deposit refunded by again no response silence. Please be advised the Sheild proof is a non professional company. Be aware.

We noticed a leak in the main bedroom at 4 am. Shield Proof Roofing responded right away and was punctual when they arrived to patch the roof. They were quick and didn't waste time. We are so grateful for the team.

I submitted a request through Angi on Labor Day. Eslin the owner called me within a few minutes and an hour later was at my house looking at the leak on my roof. He and a crew member came to my house the next day and fixed the problem. They were very professional and ensured that I knew and understood where the problem was. They will be my roofing company from now on.

Went above and beyond to the issue on the roof as well as address the ceiling, caulk and trim. Did not try to over-sell. Answered questions related to the project as well as other roofing and non roofing inquiries. I would hire them again.

He showed up on time and he sent the actual person who was to do the job with the material right on schedule and he got the job finished before the day was done.
