These guys installed my TrueSteam hunidifier in 2014. I had them come out and do maintenance the following year, no problem. This year I scheduled them to come out in early November. They never showed up. I work from home 24/7 and never had anyone come to my door. I called multiple times to get them to come out. I was given different excuses from let me call you back after i check with a tech or no one answered. Finally got a hold of them in early December and made another appointment for the 27th to do maintenance on my TrueSteam Humidifier. It hadn't been working since the last winter so I wanted to get it operational. They showed up and did the maintenance this time and the tech told me a part was bad and that he needed to order it and come back to install it. I was okay with that, no problem there. I waited a couple of weeks and still nothing from them. I called them and they told me that the part was on order but had not arrived yet. Two weeks later and almost a full month after the tech ordered the part I called and they said they would call me the next day to come out since they were expecting the part the next day. I waited two more days, and nothing. I left a message since their answering service was enabled the 3rd day. I got fed up on waiting and called in another company. They came out on schedule and ordered the part and it came in 2 days later. The will be installing it this week. I have no idea why it was so hard to get a part and to actually keep me in the loop as a customer in good standing as to what was going on with the part. I spent over a thousand dollars on that humidifier from this company and I felt that they didn't care about me. Sadly I cannot recommend this company. I think that maybe if I was spending a larger amount then maybe I would have been treated better.

Very honest and straightforward with me about the entire process and pricing. Explained everything he was doing to do, and why it was necessary. He even worked around my difficult schedule. All in all, they come highly recommended from me.

This Compnay does alot more that just heating & air. They are quick to respond and does great work. I would hire them again in a heatbeat!!!!

Simply the best. The job was much more difficult than expected. It took an entire day and he never once complained and did not ask me for a penny more.He also has the best crew anyone could ask for. The dealer sent a damaged unit and he called them and got them to give me the top of the line unit for the same price I was going to pay for smaller less efficient unit. I am mega pleased.

had a crew of 3 including the owner . arrived on time did a excellent job very professional and pleasant to deal with. help with figuring out what would get us the most for our money. did not try to sell anything that was not needed. would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a good HVAC contractor.

He fixed not only the initial problem (which was a clog) but discover a blockage in plain site that should been caught from a maintenance check done 3 month prior. Needless to say, I dropped the previous contractor which I found thru home advisor and keeping this one!!!
