Dan Shea and his crew are EXCELLENT. When we discovered the unhappy presence of mold in our home, he reorganized his schedule to give remediation priority and the subsequent work to both remove the mold and repair the walls was highest quality. When we had an inadvertent overflow from our laundry room to our basement bath, which caused water damage in the wall, he came over the next day to begin the process of repairs. My husband and I recommend Dan Shea with highest ratings and our gratitude. By the way, he also did our carpet cleaning and painting.

Dan gave me an estimate on the removal of mold in my bathroom, that was very reasonable. Especially since it was at night on a holiday weekend. Within a day, all traces were removed (Inspector tested). It was just my luck that he also did remodeling and installation. He started the next day. Within 72 hours, my bathroom was transformed! New cabinets,countertops,sink,tile,walls,mirror, and all the recepticals that were broken for two years, he fixed for free. A month later, I called about water leaking into my basement from the backyard. Dan came over, put a waterproof barrier (ive since discovered they are about $50.) Built up the wall that was supposed to protect against water,Removed water, mold and cleaned my carpet, all without charging me a dime! He is the most wonderful, polite and competent builder ive ever known. I give his name to everyone who need work done, whether mold, carpet, drywall or electric. Three neighbors, two family members and two people from church have already used his services, they had the same experience as i did...wonderful.
