Shawn and his team did an amazing job renovating out first floor. They were efficient, precise, professional and respectful. We were pushing a tight timeline to complete prior to Christmas, and his team worked on Christmas Eve just to ensure that we could enjoy our beautiful kitchen Christmas Day. I hired Shawn after meeting and having a great conversation with him. I immediately felt that I could trust him. I hired him to gut and remodel a kitchen and the work looks amazing. This was the best experience we have ever had with a contractor, after owning homes for 20 years, we have always managed to have issues with contractors- not these guys. they were punctual to a T, respectful, and professional. They worked clean, respected our home and took care of any and all our concerns. They were flexible when we changed our minds, helpful- We asked their advice on how we could hang something, and they hung it for us!! ABOVE and beyond doesn't begin to describe it! we will hire them again!!

The contractors were at the job basically every day until the work was complete. There were no gaps where the work wasn t progressing. The owner didn t demand a big down payment. He gave me the option to buy my own materials. The price ended up being exactly what was quoted upfront. They did two bathrooms in my house and when I did request changes / add ons after the original agreed upon terms, the Pricing was reasonable and fair. The quality of the work was excellent and the crew were respectful and professional. Shawn runs this business on referrals, that s how I met him and I would absolutely recommend him to a friend.
