We had a fire in October 2024. Almost the whole house except framing and some interior walls was gutted needed to be rebuilt. East End handled the rebuild from the exterior siding and windows, to the new heating and cooling system, electric rewiring and panel installation, new flooring in the entire house, fireplace and mantel takedown and rebuild, kitchen , bedrooms and bathroom. They even painted the garage! We could not be happier. They were extremely efficient and handled everything making the process less stressful for us, the homeowners. That includes surveys, applications and permits. Even with us disputing some of the items on the insurer's estimate and having to go thru a long appraisal process, East End's work was not held up. They finished the job professionally and efficiently. Our house is now better than ever! Manny, Sean and Vania, along with everyone else at East End came thru for us in a time of need and we will forever be grateful.

Shawn and his team made the process of remodeling my kitchen so smooth and reassuring! They made sure that I was completely satisfied with every aspect of the work, all the way down to the very minor finishing details. This team takes great pride in their work, does everything the right way without cutting corners and does it all with the clients satisfaction as the main focus. I am beyond happy not just with the results of the kitchen but even more so with the level of professionalism and care that was apparent with every single person on the crew from start to finish. i hired EED run by shawn p. and family to do a major restoration to my home that was flooded by a burst pipe in up stairs bathroom.the concern and caring for my needs after this devasting loss of my home [5 rooms were destroyed by water].the bathroom was gutted and a new one designed to my wants and prefernce [ tub was replaced with new big shower].the other rooms were also gutted and made new, sheetrock walls , oak floors and a master capenter was sent to replicate my 1914 patchogue village home with mouldings and crown , all around windows and doorways, the crews attentions to the details of the project[ 4 months] exceeded my expectations and everything was finish to pefection ! use EED for your home remodel you won't be sorry ,thank you shawn and crew - manny, aj. , shawn jr carlos and the painting crew

Please please be aware of this company. At first Shawn comes across as if he's your best friend and it all started great. We were recommended by our public adjuster after a house fire and things started great. But after he got his 2 big payments from our insurance company, he got us toove back in but never came back to finish the work and now is demanding we pay for unfinished work. Be careful if using public adjuster that recommends Bulovas and East end designs. I know they run a business for profit, just be aware of where your insurance money is going and have a written contract that you read for everything, not just to hand over what the insurance pays. You are entitled to only pay for work done!!! And if you do additional add one, get a price of what the extra cost will be. Do not listen when he says he will make it all work within the budget and document every little thing

Had water damage to my home, and Bulovas Restorations deals with East End Designs, and was contacted by Corinne. I cant say enough about Corinne. From the first phone call until completion, she was just the nicest and most professional person to deal with. She came to my home and explained everything that was going to be done. Her coordination of the project was to perfection. Whenever she told me the workers would be at my home, from the sheetrockers to spacklers to painters, to carpet installers, and the rest, they were always there. From what my home looked like to now that it is complete, you would never realize anything ever happened. All of East End employees/tradesmen were incredible. Their work is top notch. I would highly recommend East End to anybody who needs any type of construction work. Most thankful for working with Corinne throughout the project. Again, she was very knowledgeable, courteous, punctual, and just overall great to deal with. Thank you.

We needed a complete restoration of our cottage after tree fell on it. Shawn was the contractor of our dreams! He is honest and trustworthy. All his crews were polite and kind. Their workmanship was outstanding with great attention to detail, as if it was their own home. Project manager, Hector, always returned texts and calls, and kept us updated with process throughout.
