I just purchased a condo and It was all original from 60s. It was in need of an upgrade and to bring to the current standards of living. The whole process was very easy and we got approval in 3 months . All communication and payments to city got processed online and on my own time. I was In the process of opening up a luxury rehab facility in the hollywood hills and I needed a designer to creat all the drawings for fire clearance A friend recommended sev-studio as they had experience working with them designing an ADU. He was happy with results so I decided to award sev-studio the project. I was extremely happy with the time and effort they put in to my project. I was on a very tight deadline and they assured me that the process will be expedited . Sev-studio came out measured the house and got us all the documents we needed with in two week. We submitted and received all clearance with no issues.
