Not the best experience. Their AC maintenance isnt really maintenance; more like checkup. No condensation coil cleanup, no condensation line checkup ... just checking pressure and some voltages. Blower wheel was grinding and even though they said motor is still at half the life they said we should replace both. In hindsight I wouldnt have replaced the blower motor; just the wheel. Was also told drain lines arent draining properly and need to be remade, and a switch put in place. They just added a T with a pipe before the P trap. Now air is blowing in the attic through there because its before the P trap. I checked after and I already had vents on both lines, after P traps. And they didnt install any switch they mentioned before. Tried calling them and they just say someone is going to call back about this. No one called back.

My only problem with this company was they did not give me a written receipt for the work they did. I am not computer savvy. so no paper receipt. Otherwise. they did a great job. old unit repaired---said I should get three more years out of the unit. Price was very reasonable; especially to the cost of a new unit.
