JR and Bacon presented their solution to our issue with the most knowledge out of anyone that came to our house. No pressure was ever put upon us to buy anything, they just really seemed to want to help us and that is a great feeling this day and age. They sat down and presented multiple options explaining the differences of each and how it would help our problems and what they could do for us in the long run. I would very happily recommend them and their services to friends, family and everyone else in Northern Virginia.

Service Specialties could only solve a portion of my a/c problem, punched multiple holes in my duck work, holes weren't patched, and they have a minimum charge of $119 just to show. This all may be normal for the industry but I think this is extortion and have to pay for someone to conduct a pressure test / fix any leaks.

SSI Thanks you for the opportunity to repair your system. We have taken these concerns into consideration and have done a follow up with the customer. The $119 diagnostic charge is discussed with customers before coming out to their homes, we make sure to make all comsumers fully aware before booking a service call. Customers are not obligated to purchase any parts or services once the diagnostic is completed. We simply make our recommendations to solve the issues at hand. The holes in question are tiny 1/16" holes used for measuring temperatures of incoming and outgoing air typically near the indoor unit. Thank you and best regards, SSI

SSI Replaced my system in one day. Technicians were very nice and helpful. My only complaint is that the damping system is not quite working. I had asked that the system be able to cool both levels and it doesn't quite do that. However SSI has come over to try to resolve the issue with some success but I told them this right at the beginning that I needed the upstairs to cool/heat better than the old system

Our rep,, Chris "Bacon" Charbonneau, did a complete evaluation of our needs for a new Heat/AC replacement. He sent us options to chose from and met the competition's prices. 2 weeks after installation we developed a problem with the AC unit. A call to Bacon had a tech at our house first thing the next morning. He determined the coil had been damaged in shipping and called for a replacement. In about 2 hours a new coil was delivered and installed in 90 minutes by excellent installers. That's customer service!

Robert was great, very informative. Diagnosed problem, gave different options to fix. No pressure and no problem. Diagnostic free was great price, repair cost was completely unrealistic and overpriced. Get a second opinion. I received 3 quotes, SSI was more then double the other 2.
