Reviews
Write a Reviewtotal misrepresentation, Serenity Homes is licensed to Trese Edwardsen but business card says Brad Huffman when he has many unsatisfied claims against him. He walked off our job after collecting money way ahead of performance to the contract and now we are receiving Lien Notices and paying subcontractors for bills we had already paid him for. We trusted him and your recommendations and for that we were at fault but will not be able to recommend you or your service.
I paid $11000.00 to Serenity homes sept 15th. To date nothing has happened on my garage. How can I rate them under these circu mstances?
The good: 1. Work quality was good 2. Came in on budget The bad: 1. He tried to talk us into not getting a permit to build an addition. We insisted we wanted one, even had him write it into the contract, but he started building it anyway w/o one. Finally someone turned him in. 2. He projected the project would take 2 months, but it ended up taking 9 months. 3. There was no work done on our project for 2 months, and he wouldn't return our phone calls about it. He was very hard to get ahold of unless he wanted money. 4. His servicemagic.com page says he takes credit cards. When we tried to use one to pay, he says he doesn't take cards.
