Our warehouse was flooded, due to a burst pipe over Christmas 2022. Sentry was extremely responsive and was onsite within 24 hours. Their rapid response saved our business from extensive and debilitating damage, as they were communicative, insightful, and quickly addressed all of our concerns. Their pricing was fair and Joe & Nick were a pleasure to deal with. Their team also provided great service. I would work with them again.

Nick and Jeb were extremely professional, polite, and accommodating with regard to our situation (water damage in a bath from a broken toilet seal) and schedules. They were prompt and efficient with responses and communicative about the process and scheduling. Highly recommend and glad that our insurance linked us with them for assistance.

Returning in late December, 2022 from a brief out of town holiday stay, we were met with shocking devastation upon arriving at what “had been” our newly renovated home. A burst pipe caused massive water damage on all three levels of our house. Ceilings, walls, floors, cabinets, and furniture, etc., were sadly doomed to demolition and final fate in a caravan of dumpsters. Fortunately, the Sentry Restoration team came, without delay, to our rescue and remained with us every day, for the ensuing three weeks. Professional, knowledgeable, always courteous and punctual, the team explained each process, and kept us informed and updated. They patiently answered questions, and emphasized the urgent need and importance of working as rapidly as possible to prevent further water and mold damage to our home. The Sentry team, also, maintained constant contact with our insurance company and provided all the necessary documentation in a timely manner. In working so diligently, consistently and persistently, Sentry rescued our beloved home, now ready for remodeling. Thank you, Sentry Restoration, for a job well done!
