Reviews
Write a ReviewThe team from Senic was spectacular. They over communicated and got the job done quickly and did an excellent job
Fixed the problem and made several other valuable suggestions. Also, very nice people!
I requested a quote from 3 different electrical companies, Dominic was the only one to get back to me and contacted me within minutes of requesting the quote. He came to my house the next day to check the wiring for a new thermostat we were installing and found the problem and realized we didn t need to run new wiring. He was super helpful and had the new thermostat working within minutes! He was super friendly and personable! I would hire him again in the future for sure!!
I had John and Dominic pigtail all copper/aluminum connections in my house, install overhead LED lights in 2 rooms, a Ring doorbell and motion sensor light and add a couple outlets. They did this in 2 visits. Everything was done on 1st visit except the lights and one outlet. 1) I asked them to install the doorbell using the existing hole in the wooden door frame. Instead, Dominic drilled a new hole through the brick without asking first. 2) The Ring app reported low voltage on the doorbell between visits. The cause ended up being one wire not being connected properly in the wire nut. A slight tug and it popped right out. This was also Dominic as he did the whole install for the doorbell. 3) After they finished I decided to swap 2 switches at one junction to move the dimmer to my new overhead lights. They had previously pigtailed this box. As soon as I started unscrewing the switch from the box the lights shorted out. I found that, again, one wire was not properly connected in the wire nut. I don?t know who pigtailed this box. 4) They broke a hand-carved item my Uncle had given me and they didn?t tell me. When I asked them they denied it and stopped responding to me. The thing is the item had been moved from where I had it and no one else was here. I know Dominic was in the area where I had it and was putting dust sheets over items on the floor. I suspect he did it then and chose not to say anything (and lie about it later). I didn?t complain to them about the brick because it was already done and seemed pointless, especially since I had more work I needed them to do. I will say that everything is currently working. However, I expected better quality work. Having looked inside 2 boxes and each having a loose connection makes me wonder what else was done haphazardly. Personally, I thought John seemed like a nice guy. I am hugely disappointed at the response to the broken item, though. It shows a complete lack of integrity. I?m sure you can find a better company for your project.
John and Dominic are seriously the easiest and nicest guys to work with. Very flexible and accommodative to any changes in work and timeline. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again for any electrical work.
John and Dominic came out to give me an estimate to connect a subpanel and connect some circuit breakers, they did an excellent job price was fair will hire again for any future electric needs. would recommend them to anyone needing electrical work done.
He was fabulous!
