The project had a rough start, but once Jesse the owner found out about the problems, his company went above and beyond to make it right. Ashton, Cody, Michael, and James worked very hard until all the issues were resolved and my mom's home was cool, comfortable and safe. These guys were so amazing and so concerned, respectful and courteous to my mom. They resolved issues that dated back several years caused by other HVAC companies. We appreciate them so much!

They won't communicate. The screwed up several times, and each step of the way there was someone who was relaying information to someone else, and ALL of them dropped the ball. We were literally ignored. We were lied to, and then the people who lied got caught in their lies! We were financed for a unit that they didn't have in stock, and had to get a refund. As of this writing, it's been over a month and a half, and that refund is still not in hand, but we the customers have made our first payment. The gross incompetence and negligence is inexcusable, and the managers even admitted so, and then continued to be grossly incompetent and negligent. To tell you how awful our experience was would require at least a few pages. One thing they're good at is apologizing, because they do it so much. If you're lucky, you'll only hear a few. If you're like us, you get into double digit apologies and start to realize they're not sorry at all, they're just trained on day one of employee training on how to apologize and they get enough practice all day every day, because man do they screw up! I gave them so many opportunities to fix things. And they failed over and over as individuals and as a team. It's in your best interest to use literally any other company. Semper Fi will not take care of you.


Customer Service was 10 stars. Installers 10 stars Iâ ve never in my life worked with such an accommodating, hard working over the top AC company. Lastly Joseph, one of the managers bent over backwards to improve the air circulation and deserves 10 stars. I am so grateful and thankful to have an affordable new AC. Thank you Semper-Fi.

After hearing their ads and checking reviews I decided to get an estimate from Semper Fi for a new AC system. The convo with the salesperson was very low key and informative with no pressure. Their prices were highly competitive so I decided to move forward with them I was told my install would be quick and easy - in and out in half a day. Through no fault of Semper Fi, my install became a two day nightmare. I received a defective unit from the manufacturer, and the parts necessary to fix the unit were defective as well. You learn a lot about the character of an organization when things do not go as planned. From the owner Jesse, to the service and install teams, everyone in the company was on top of my project. They were equally if not more frustrated than I was and they made me feel as though I was the number 1 priority of the entire organization. They invested much time and brainpower, replaced the defective unit without me asking, and did everything humanly possible to make sure I was satisfied. Would I use them again? Without hesitation! The are pros with integrity!
