So great!
They cheated and lied to me, pretty unprofessional to do that to a client, not recommending this company to anyone. I agree on a specific system and they ended up putting a different one which is cheaper and didn't tell me anything about it, when inspecting it I noticed and realized I was cheated and lied.
Nick was amazing with providing the details/explanations and recommendations. Team doing the install were on time, and were clean with their work areas.
They were very professional they showed up on time and finished the project early. Cleaned up and explained what they had done to us clearly. Steve & Brian were great & so was the inspectors.
The installation was done by very nice and professional technicians. They made sure everything was completed and brought up to code. Big thanks to Danny and Issac!
Fast and easy install.
Very expensive project for a new HVAC installation (inside and outside units); $9,500 for a 1,560 sq.ft. townhouse. Overall, customer service was great and the men who installed the units did a great job. But the price is much, much higher and unfair compared to other competitors. If you care about the price, get multiple quotes from others. The main reason I didn?t have the chance to get multiple quotes was because I had tenants in my property who were burning with no AC this summer and needed to get the project done ASAP.
OUTSTANDING JOB, REPLACED MY OLD CENTRAL AIR CONDITION SYSTEM.
The technician misdiagnosed my problem. He stated it was a bad coil (replacement around $4k). I had another company come in the following day to discover it was a clogged drainage pipe leading into the pump. A quick attachment of a vacuum cleaner sucked out the clog and it works great. I would not recommend this company.
