Second City Garage Door Repair is the best!! My garage key pad stopped working and I left a message this morning. I called this morning and Saphire called me back within an hour. I sent her a few pictures and she told me she was out and about and could be at my house in 30 minutes. She quickly programmed the new keypad and we were done within 15 min! I did not expect to have this taken care of today! She was fantastic! I used this company a few years ago for issues with my sensor and kept their sticker in my garage-so happy it was there because I didn’t hesitate to call them again and will always call them for my future needs!! After having endured many years of very inconvenient issues with my garage door, I finally decided to get it fixed. After having had a very bad experience with a prior garage door service, I was reluctant to engage another. I called to make an appointment and got it scheduled very quickly. They arrived on time and called twice to confirm they were in route and when they had arrived. They quickly determined what needed to be done and gave me a fair estimate. I added an additional service and they quickly went to work. After about 45 minutes they had fixed what had been a pain in my butt for YEARS! I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone. Great customer service. Very polite and patient with my many questions. The door now closes quietly and doesn't make the awful noises that I had thought were normal. I was pleased by the care and attention they gave to ensure everything was working perfectly before they left. GREAT COMPANY
