Bryce was terrific. The project turned out to be a bit more complicated than was first envisioned, but he completed the work on time and within the original cost estimate. He kept me and my tenants effectively informed of the project status. I would highly recommend him.

Bryce was great. He was responsive, showed up on-time, and managed the work well. He stopped by to make sure everything was going as intended. The guys who did the work were friendly, courteous, on-time, and all the work was done for exactly the price quoted. He even had one of the guys do some extra digging to check out an old drainage line in the yard, just as a favor, without charge. I would highly recommend Bryce and his company.

Bryce Kennedy visited the site with 4 town homes three times to investigate the problem before he submitted the project bid. Once he started the work, he did more digging to understand what drainage system(s) were in place. The work started on time and finished two days early. They moved and stored dirt on site, removed problem soil, and supplied new dirt for the foundation and areas where he installed a new drain. The site was left neat and clean. His customer service and communication were excellent.

Bryce he is a hard working man. He answer me quick, and took care the job well done. I definitely hire him again when I need.

I worked with Bryce and not only was his bid lower than the others he found that the expensive replacement I was quoted for was not required and the job ended up costing me half the money. Bryce was very personable, knowledgeable, and reassuring. He seemed more interested in helping me diagnose and solve my drainage problem than convincing me to spend more unnecessarily. In fact, his solution saved me thousands and he was able to complete the project right away.

Bryce was extremely responsive to my call, and did get someone out to the house on Monday. I called on Saturday. We did expect Bryce, but he sent someone else, who seemed to be very honest, and did a good job. I had nobdy else to compare him with, so I gave him 3.5 starts for Quality and Value. 5 for Customer Service.
