The technician from Sears has done a very bad job and is putting my familys lives at risk. Instead of fixing the loose connection in the circuit board, he just fixed it with a zip tie (which I believe is not Industry standard). It can cause a spark and a fire anytime. Also, he did not represent the risk of a bad inducer motor, which is making a lot of noise in my furnace and is not working to its optimal performance. The consequences of a bad inducer motor could be harmful... gases, including carbon monoxide, can leak into your home if it does not move the bad air out of the home.

After a thunderstorm and power outage, my Samsung Refrigerator was blank except for an error message. After TWO technicians came to my home, it was decided the computer control board was not functioning properly. New parts and labor was going to be $489. The day the part came in I decided to look at YouTube to install the board myself, to reduce the cost. While searching YouTube I happened to enter "Error Code Samsung RS275 Refrigerator" The first choice was a 1 minute video, stating that pressing two buttons on the panel simultaneously for 5 seconds resets the computer board. I tried that, and surprise, my refrigerator is working perfectly. Company was offering to replace a perfectly functioning part and charge almost $500 for the privilege.

job couldn't be finished do to weather temps, then when it warmed up I couldn't get them to finish the job. Once the guy sells you the product he is done. Not professional at all. Pass the buck is all customer service could do.

The installers provided exceptional service and worked with our schedule. The date they were to install turned out to be extremely cold so they got everything ready to install the furnace but rescheduled taking the old furnace down for a couple of days so we were not without heat during the cold temps. The new furnace works spectacular! Thanks Sears!
